what's really confusing kids is telling them the drug is harmfull, and then them seeing the despencaries opening to help people. If you told told them how harmless it really is, then I'm sure thatwould clear up the confusion. It's not the pot that confuses them, it's the "facts" that their parrents are telling them.
while i do agree with you, i wouldn't say cannabis is necessarily harmless because we dont truly know that yet.
until the govt. allows researchers and scientists to conduct studies and find out what all really is in cannabis and what it really does, we can't be sure of its effects. the only thing we can say is what we have experienced, and what some study that has been done on it says.
However i will say that cannabis is one of if not the safest forms of medication for almost any ailment that one suffers from.
what should really be confusing is how cigarettes are legal and they kill hundreds a day, but cannabis has yet to have a single casualty in its over 5000 year usage and its illegal....
We do know that it is safe. I know people who have used cannabis for 6 decades and they are still kicking ass and healthy, no cancer, no diabetes, and no heart disease. There were lots of studies done, but the research was made secret or destroyed.
Did you know that practically every University in the USA has a patent on specific varieties of cannabis that they developed before it was banned. They still hold their patents. well that is true that people haven't had cancer or any complications due to the use of cannabis directly... but still you would never know the small things that it might do to you. and since all the secret research has been destroyed we wont truly know what it really does until full research is conducted on cannabis.
but no i didnt know that about the universities.... i guess they even knew the profit possibilities way back then also. sure i would love more info.
